Refund policy

We want you to feel confident buying from Steady Skin Co. Here's how returns work.

Standard returns
You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return. To be eligible, the item must be unused — no signs the product has been applied or the container disturbed — in its original packaging, with proof of purchase. Because these are personal care products, we're not able to accept returns on anything that shows signs of use; this is standard practice across the skincare industry, not specific to us. Note: our products don't ship with a tamper-evident seal, so eligibility is judged by the product's condition (fill level, no visible signs of use) rather than an intact seal.

Damaged items, wrong items, or a reaction to a product
This is different from a standard return, and the product does not need to be unopened. If your order arrived damaged, you received the wrong item, or you had a reaction after using one of our products, email us at support@steadyskinco.com within 30 days of receiving it. Let us know what happened and when, and include a photo if you're able to. We may ask for the batch/lot number printed on the product's box so we can look into it.

If you're experiencing anything beyond mild, temporary redness — swelling, blistering, or anything that concerns you — stop using the product and contact a doctor. We can't give medical advice, but we do want to know what happened so we can make it right and check whether it's isolated to your unit or something broader.

Exceptions
Sale items and gift cards aren't eligible for return.

Refunds
Once we've received and inspected a standard return, or approved a damage/reaction case, we'll let you know if the refund is approved. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. It can take additional time for your bank or card issuer to post it. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, contact us at support@steadyskinco.com.

European Union 14-day cooling-off period
If your order is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return it within 14 days for any reason, without justification. As above, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, with proof of purchase; our products don't ship with a tamper-evident seal, so eligibility is judged by the product's condition rather than an intact seal.
